Collaborate was formed by design duo Christo & Jenny Saggers. This talented husband and wife team live and breath design.

Their first design project was in 2007 when they started designing their long term family home. This project was the culmination of years of individual design projects and the results speak for themselves.
​
Since then they have worked in a professional capacity designing for clients all over the region.
Collaborate was formed out of a desire to offer a design service with a difference. By taking a Collaborative approach we are able to join design skillsets and deliver a much improved service for the client.

At Collaborate we offer the strength of individual design skill sets that combine under the one roof to be considerably stronger than as an individual element.

Jenny Saggers

Jenny has a background in branding, marketing and textiles and has managed some of New Zealand's most well known brands including Lotto & Swanndri. She has always had a love for interiors and this lead her to retrain as an Interior Designer.
As a qualified Interior Designer Jenny's eye for detail, complementary colours, materials and styling are exceptional.

Jenny's background has been invaluable when it comes to commercial projects as she has a comprehensive understanding of branding and how a space needs to reflect a company's brand values and story.
Jenny specialises in modern, contemporary interiors but also designs more traditional spaces.

Jenny is passionate about design and her easy going nature will immediately put you at ease. She loves meeting and working with people.

Christo has made a successful career out of Landscape Design. With an Honours degree in Geology and a Diploma in Landscape Design he has used his talents designing landscapes for happy clients across the Top of the South and further afield.
​
Christo has been a regular design contributor to local and national newspapers and magazines and many of his gardens can be found in print.
Christo has also designed homes and structures to concept level that include floor plans and elevations before getting them drawn up by a licensed draughts person for consent. Christo works closely with structural engineers to develop designs into workable plans. Christo focuses on designing modern, sustainable, environmentally harmonious, self sufficient homes that look and feel great but also are a positive contributor to our planet.

If you are game Christo can also design you a built in aquaponics system that can provide most if not all of your vegetables and fruit all year round making your home truly 'Earth' friendly. Grid tied or off grid homes are a good way to save money long term.
