BEN MORVEN ROAD RENOVATION, MARLBOROUGH.

Our clients recently bought this home and while it had great bones it was in need of modernising. The living, kitchen, dining area has pale

coloured floor tiles and really needed an injection of warmth. Working to a budget we have completely transformed the space. The addition of cedar battens on the ceiling have provided not only textural interest and natural warmth but also a real wow factor. The kitchen cabinetry is the exisiting cabinetry but was spray painted matt black and kiln dried for robustness, this was a very economical option. The bench top was widened to make more usable space for food prep & family dining. The stainless top is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. A large  700mm black sink was added with a black tap. The black square mosaic tiles complete the look. This project is a great example of how it is possible to completely transform a space without overcapitalising on a brand new kitchen. We have included some before photos as well, what an amazing transformation!!
